Status update

As I mentioned earlier, Scribus has a updated interface and now looks good on both linux, windows and osx. Here are some screenshots. No shots of osx yet though, if anyone out there is running scribus from cvs on osx, please send me some pics.

Seems I’m now responsible for the tangerine-icon-theme in Ubuntu Dapper, a rather nice theme adhering to the Tango style guidelines and making sure icons look good with each other. Hats off to Lapo, who did most of the hard work.

The Thunderbird theme we did in tango-style is mostly finished and it seems to be rather popular. Great to see!

I can’t agree with murrayc on this I’m afraid. As long as Munich goes with a free desktop, I’m happy. Stop picking on your friends man!

You’re doing a great job with Tangerine. I’ve just come back from Sydney and a day after arrival college has resumed. I intend to make way for some more free time for icon creation, so that you’re not alone. ^^

Cheers mate, and keep it up.

Tangerine is looking very nice. Maybe you can put something in for OK/Apply and Cancel, as these have been CONSPICUOUSLY absent from both Tango and Orango/Tangerine for a long time? I have already made two Tango style icons for these if you want me to email them to you?

  3. Just one word: Awesome!
